The Full Story

Real Massage Hands is in the business of providing relaxation and tension relief for those who tend to put others before themselves, give 110% to their day-to-day duties, and/or can barely make time to come up for some air. We aim to provide personalized experiences whether setting up massages for yourself, a team, or a group of friends and family.

 

As someone who has been getting consistent massages for over 15 years exactly for relaxation and tension relief, it eventually dawned on me that I was put on this path of self-care for a reason: to be able to share something that has helped me for so long. I'm passionate about getting massages and I now know that it is my purpose to provide them as well. It's always been a part of my personality to want to want to uplift people, so it makes sense that this is one of the gifts God has blessed me with in order to do so. Massages make me feel lighter, sleep better, and help boost my mood. My purpose is so you gain the same benefits because our emotions and mental state affect our overall well-being; it's all connected for a happier and healthier life.

I've learned a lot over the years and picked up on moves that I loved, but I knew I had to go to school if I were to be taken seriously. I decided to attend Pacific College of Health and Science and achieved my certification learning other modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Tui Na, Thai, and Lomi Lomi. In that journey I also learned proper techniques and insightful information on how the body works through Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology. I understand how stress can build up in different parts of the body such as the shoulders, back, neck, scalp, hips and feet.

 

Our approach is to actively listen to you before the session and pick up on cues that go left unsaid… because we’ve all been there and know when it’s time to just unwind and rest the mind. From busy professionals, moms and dads, and anyone in between, our therapists have the innate ability to help you to feel better through our caring touch and positive energy.
